MAKE IT A PRIORITY TO CARVE OUT TIME FOR YOURSELF

 Block out a minimum of 10 min a day for yourself in your calendar!

Yes, I even book my morning ritual time, lunchtime, and evening downtime in my calendar, so I don’t schedule anything else and am constantly reminded to stay committed! Find the amount of time of the day that works for YOU! No excuse; everyone has at least 10min a day; just check your phone to see how much time you spend on socials and reduce 10min of that for intentional YOU time!

UNPLUG FULLY

Turn off all devices during your SELF-CARE time, close the door behind you, or leave the house!

The number one stress factor is DISTRACTION. Messages, Work Emails, Media News, or your kids, … overwhelm our nervous system and hold us back from fully immersing in the present moment and the ability to RESTORE our energy level. So make sure you can be alone and spend quality by yourself. Close the door behind you if possible!
