A journey of finding
professional belonging

➦ As my personal journey, my professional journey has never been linear. It’s been a journey of letting go of external expectations and explore what success really means to me—finding purpose and fulfilment in my work, and aligning my personal with my professional values. At the core of my work has always been a deep curiosity for people in the in-between-cultural space and collaborative projects serving at the intersection of food, sustainability, and social ties. Enabling solutions that cultivate more social and holistic wellbeing in our daily togetherness has become my mission.

➦ Over the past 13 years, my entrepreneurial path has allowed me to work with and lead multidisciplinary teams and gain a profound insight into the Innovation, Design, Food, Event, and Relocation Industry on an international level. I worked as a Project Manager, Content Creator, Designer, Event Curator, and Relocation Consultant.
NUMARU started as a Conversation Dinner Series on transcultural identity out of my living space 🙂

My academic background and professional training bridge Communications and Design (Diploma), Sociology, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and Holistic Coaching. I’m certified in Mindfulness, and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy by the Embody Lab under teachers like Dr. Stephen Porges, Dr. Peter Levine, Nkem Ndefo, and am currently in training to become a certified Breath Work Facilitator. I continue to learn about newest research and intergenerational and collective trauma and holistic healing modalities.

➦ During the pandemic, I faced my internal blocks of changing careers with the help of therapy and coaching and followed my true calling: I founded NUMARU as an international community platform and holistic healing program for adoptees!

I volunteer and collaborate with German and international Non-Profit-Organisations to advocate for a more nuanced understanding of adoption and center the individual adoptee story.
